Greetings from what seems a very chilly London !
Thank you for the small adjustment you made to the finance – much appreciated .
We would like to thank you for an excellently organized tour .we enjoyed our visit to Jordan very much and will certainly recommend your company to any one we hear of thinking of a visit . there are a couple of suggestions we would like to make – not criticisms – just an aim to help :
1- the archaeological park in madaba is well worthwhile adding to the itinerary . the mosaics are wonderful .
2- the 2 hour desert drive from wadi ram is to be preferred to one from the disi camp area as the scenery is much more spectacular ( so we were pleased we did this ) . and
3- a whole day at the dead sea spa hotel is very worthwhile as a lovely relaxing day after a tour in a very well managed environment . we felt the hotel could make the servies available more visible as information ( mostly in german ) is displayed in a not very prominent place and we did suggest to them that they placed details in the bedrooms. I hope this information helps .

Our trip was wonderful and we do thank you for making
it so. Also thanks for the lovely Easter message.
We feel we were really able to enjoy the main sights,
and get a feel of the land and people in both Syria
and Jordan. We were such a short time in Lebanon
and Israel but those trips showed us some fascinating
highlights.
We especialy commend you for finding such excellent
driver/guides. Abu George Houssam-Mamar in Syria
and Khalil Anwar Hammad in Jordan were both extremely
helpful, going above the call of duty to take care
of us. My husband had had a pacemaker change
after we made all our arrangements with you, and was
not able to do anything strenuous, and both guides
listened to us, and treated us royally! We highly
recommend them both.
Again
we want to thank you for making our trip so memorable.
We certainly enjoyed meeting you Basim. We are telling
our many traveler friends that your company, and the
driver/guide way to travel, are what we feel is the
very best way to see a country--and we have now visited
over 100 of the world's countries.
